Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QMS by EaseOps mobile application, web application and website (the “Service”), provided by QMS by EaseOps. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a hospital or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The Service
QMS by EaseOps is a Quality Management System for hospitals that includes modules for committee management, mock drill management, quality KPIs and document management. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you and your organisation enter into the Service. You grant us the right to host, process and use that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for the data you submit.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and content (other than your data), is owned by QMS by EaseOps and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Third-party services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet every accreditation requirement. You are responsible for how you use the Service to support your compliance obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QMS by EaseOps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
